Terms & Conditions of Sale: Cash day of sale. Checks will be accepted as cash with proper ID. All items are sold "as is" unless guaranteed by the seller. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser. If you purchase an unannounced damaged item, call it to the attention of the Auctioneer immediately. Checks will be made payable to Westfork Auction and Real Estate, LLC , which will be deposited into a non-interest bearing account. Bad checks, debts, or unpaid items will be the responsibility of Westfork Auction and Real Estate, LLC. This is a reserve auction, subject to sellers confirmation, whereby the owner or an agent of the owner reserves the right to establish a stated minimum bid. Seller / consignor agrees to be fully responsible and available at the time their items are being sold to accept or reject the current highest bid. The right to accept any or all bids, or the right to withdraw the personal property at the time prior to the completion of the auction is at the discretion of Westfork Auction and Real Estate, LLC. Owner authorizes Westfork Auction and Real Estate, LLC to bid on behalf of absentee bidders at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Owner authorizes Westfork Auction and Real Estate, LLC to contract with additional Auctioneers at Westfork Auction and Real Estate, LLC discretion to assist in the conduction of the auction.
