As a result, this auction incorporates a staggered, dynamic closing system. **Staggered Closing:** To maintain an orderly pace, this online auction will typically initiate the closing process for a new item every 15 seconds. The website will display the scheduled closing times for each item. However, it's important to note that the closing time may be extended beyond the original schedule due to the dynamic closing feature. **Dynamic Closing:** Whenever a bid is placed within the final two minutes leading up to an item's scheduled closing time, the closing time for that item is automatically extended by an additional two minutes. This dynamic closing mechanism ensures that participants have a fair opportunity to submit competing bids and cannot get outbid within the last second. This special event is dedicated to honoring the memory of Walker and Rosie Bryan while creating a joyful and safe space for families to gather and play. We have an exciting selection of auction items generously donated by our community, including unique experiences, gift baskets, local business gift cards, handmade crafts, and more! Every bid brings us one step closer to making the Fun Park a reality for children and families to enjoy for years to come. The Walker and Rosie Memorial Fun Park will be an addition to the Beecher City Community Park. It will be a place not only for those that live in Beecher City, but also for those that live outside the community to visit and have fun with their friends and family."
