In the case of a tie bid, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, re-open the auction between the top 2 bidders, and should a tie occur between a left bid and a floor bid, the bid will go to the floor. All won articles are to be picked up on designated dates/times unless explicit alternate arrangements have been made. Articles unclaimed after 1 week may be considered abandoned, and disposed of at the auctioneer's discretion. Terms of Sale Approved payment types include cash, check (upon approval,) and credit/debit cards when available. All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax unless a current Florida Certificate of Resale is on file or a signed copy is presented on the day of the auction. The buyer agrees to pay a 15% buyers premium (day of sale: 15% BP if paying cash or check) Purchased items are to be paid for, and removed from, the auction site the day of the auction unless announced differently from the block.
