All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees, and include all faults. These items are NOT functionally tested. All item descriptions are believed but NOT guaranteed and may vary. Buyers are responsible for their items as soon as they arrive on the premises where pickup occurs. You are responsible for moving and loading your own items. Any items not picked up on pickup day will be forfeited with the expectation of full payment and absolutely no refunds. There will be absolutely no exceptions to forfeiture of won items. The Seller, Morgan Riat Auctions, Foundation Realty, & Affiliates are not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries which may occur because of this auction, or the pickup of the items won. The buyer understands they will be held responsible for any damage that takes place because of them removing their items whether this is a careless act or an accident. Cash, Check, or Card are all viable payment methods. For some items the auctioneer may request certified funds such as cashier check. All card transactions will incur a 4.00% surcharge. Any returned checks will result in a $50.00 service charge and a permanent ban from all Morgan Riat Auctions events.
