--Buyers Premium is 10%. Bidding CLOSES Thursday, March 27th at 5pm CST.
--As we are a FFL licensed dealer, All FFL Regulations will apply when purchasing firearms. ATF form 4473 will need to be completed and background check passed before you will be able to obtain your gun. Background checks will be ran on site at pickup. There will not be any additional charge for running background checks. Bring a photo ID. Out of state buyers will also need to abide by their state laws. Per our Shipping Policy and FFL Regulations, firearms can only be shipped to a FFL licensed dealer. For more information in regards to firearm purchases and shipping of firearms contact Cheri at 605-464-1198. You are not able to complete form 4473 prior to purchase according to FFL rules.
--Payment can be made at pickup by credit card (4% surcharge plus 4.2% sales tax on surcharge), check with photo ID, or cash. Payment is due by Sat March 29th at Noon or balance will be automatically charged to your credit card you registered with regardless if you pickup or not.
--Pickup location: 30265 415th Ave, Tyndall SD (Main Office building).
--Pickup times: Friday March 28th 4pm-7pm; Sat March 29th 10am-noon or by appointment by calling 605-464-1198
All items are to be removed by Fri Mar 28th at 7pm; Sat Mar 29th 10am-Noon. Items not picked up by APRIL 11, 2025 become the property of the auction company if not picked up. If you choose not to pickup your purchase your credit card will still be charged for the total of your purchase that you made. You will also be blocked from purchasing in the future.
--Shipping of firearms is available only to a licensed FFL dealer near your location. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including packaging of firearms. Buyer will also be responsible for any fees charged by receiving FFL licensed dealer of whom your firearm was shipped to. We are shipping from in house via Shipping Saint. Once info has been received shipping will be done within 7-10 business days. Please call Cheri at 605-464-1198 for questions prior to purchase.
Auctioneers reserves the right to add or remove property from the auction. All property is sold as is, where is and there is no guarantee and no warranty, neither expressed nor implied. All sales are final.
Firearms are not test fired and we cannot guarantee the condition or functionality of any firearm offered for sale. No warranty or guarantee is inferred nor should any be implied on any weaponss and we strongly recommend that the buyer have all weapons inspected by a licensed gunsmith prior to use.
Due to time constraints we have not checked each item to see if it is functional. Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Buyer is reponsible for property at the time of purchase. The auction company is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items. Property is not to be removed until payment in full has been received. Sales tax will be charged according to the law. Stopping payment of check or insufficient funds checks are seen as intent to defraud. It is the bidders responsibility to be informed about the property and associated costs before bidding.
