All odometer or hour meter readings reflect readings as of date of inspection and are not guaranteed. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Any items not picked up by pick up date will be charged to credit card and Within 10 Days become property of the auction company with no refunds. A 5.50% state tax will additionaly be applied to any and all purchases unless the buyer presents tax expemt status with applicable paperwork necessary as deemed by the auction company.
