With �staggered close� lots do not close all at the same time; one lot will close every 20 seconds. You can follow the clock of each lot to know the scheduled closing time of any particular lot. �Soft close� is when a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last minute before a lot is scheduled to close, if this happens the time will be extended on that lot by 1 minute. This will continue until a full minute passes without a new bid on that lot. � Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. � Removal of items: the buyer is solely responsible for the removal of their purchases.
