By registering for an online bidder number you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this user agreement.
-Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any items at any time before the sale ends.
-Auctioneer or its cosigner has the right refuse a sale at anytime.
-Auctioneer has a right to deny a bid(s) ; &/or permanently ban a bidder.
Payment information:
-7% WV state tax
-A 10% buyers premium will be added to all goods as part of the purchase price.
-Cash, check, & Credit Cards are accepted (4% surcharge added to all Credit Cards)
-A $45 fee will be added to all NSF checks.
-Balance dues not paid for by the following Monday at 6pm will automatically be charged to your card on file.
-Failure to pick up your item(s) by Tuesday will result in forfeit of them. We do not have room to store orders. Please come pick up items or DO NOT BID.
Condition Statement:
-Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and with no written or implied warranties.
The auctioneer nor its consignor will be responsible for the description, authenticity, genuineness, provenance, or condition of the property.
-It is your responsibility to preview the items and their condition prior to bidding.
-Any condition statement that is given is a courtesy to the client... Please satisfy yourself.
-All items must be paid in full before removal.
Pick Up: If you're purchasing heavy or multiple items, please bring assistance for loading. Our employees are available to help, but we are not responsible for any damages to the items or your vehicle during the process. We also recommend bringing tarps, blankets, and straps to properly secure your furniture.
Online Bidding:
-If you are banned from our on-line auction, you will not be able to re-access it.
