Auction Terms and Conditions:
1.) 10% Buyer's Premium.
2.) 20% deposit at conclusion of sale, balance due within 30 days.
3.) Purchaser required to sign a uniform sales and purchase contract at the conclusion of the sale.
4.) Current Year Taxes Pro-Rated. When applicable, Seller to pay Greenbelt Roll Back Tax on any non-eligible purchase.
5.) Selling by a recent survey by Vick Surveying.
6.) Buyer responsible for the closing costs, as well as their own title search.
7.) Seller to convey the property by Warranty Deed.
8.) Possession is with deed at closing.
