Terms of sale:
1.) Forms of payment accepted consist of Cash, Local Check (UNLESS APPROVED BY AUCTIONEER), and Credit/Debit Card with a 10% buyer's premium being added to all cards. ALL checks made payable to "Groves Auctioneering LLC". $45.00 FEE for any returned check will be added.
2.) Once the Auctioneer deems sold, buyer is responsible for all items. Auctioneer is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
3.) ALL items must be removed from Auction House, day of sale. Any items left in Auction House for 5 or more business days, becomes property of the auctioneer.
4.) ALL announcements made day of sale take precedence over any advertisement
5.) All bidders must sign in with valid ID and receive BID CARD in order to BID during auction.
6.) Sales tax collected
7.) 10% Buyers premium on all absentees bids
