All other invoices will be charged at the conclusion of the auction on the credit card used to register. No items are released until the payment is collected. Cash buyers must notify us prior to closing that they intend to pay cash at pickups or the credit card used for registration will be charged. PPR will not do any packing, you have to make arrangements with the transport or trucking company that you are using. NO PICK-UPS ON DAY OF AUCTION CLOSING. Appointments are required for pickups and bidders with appointments will be helped in order of pickup time. When all present bidders with scheduled appointments have been assisted any bidders with unscheduled appointments will be assisted. You are responsible for packing and loading your items from this point on. If you have furniture or large bulky items please bring help, PPR may not be available to assist in loading your vehicle or truck. Please bring your own boxes, tools, packing material and dollies/hand trucks if required, PPR does not supply. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases will be delivered only on presentation of paid invoice. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time allowed, but shall have the option to remove and store at the expense and risk of the purchaser any article purchased, but not paid for and removed within the time aforesaid. 1. YOU further agree that if, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these Bidder Terms and Conditions will be conclusive evidence of YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and YOU acknowledge and agree that on the presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to or for the account of Auctioneer. If, in violation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions, YOU initiate a credit card chargeback, even if successful, YOU will remain liable for all purchases made at the Auction, and YOU will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, incurred by or on behalf of Auctioneer and/or any Seller(s) in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. YOUR agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to YOUR Registration as a Bidder, and for the privilege of bidding at the Auction, and is being made as an inducement for Auctioneer to accept YOUR Registration and to permit YOU to bid at the Auction. In case of inability to deliver any lot because of theft or any other reason whatsoever, the responsibility of Patriot Partners Removal LLC. is based on the selling price of the lot only. 14. Bidding at the auction / sale is in American Dollars with an additional 12% buyers fee added to the auction price and all applicable taxes which apply.
