You will receive a refund for your purchase less the Non-Refundable 20% buyer's premium that will be reapplied to your invoice once we receive the new payment
All firearms sold must be transferred by FFL/CCW or Background Check unless otherwise stated at the end of the description of that Lot which will read, "No Background Check Required." Antique Firearms are NOT Exempt from this rule, no matter what the ATF requires. Antiquities/Curios/Relics FFLs are NOT Accepted. Please email a current FFL with every firearm purchase.
GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS
1. THE BUYER'S PREMIUM FOR ALL ONLINE AUCTION PURCHASES IS 20% REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT FORM.
2. An 8.375% Nevada State Sales Tax will be charged when applicable.
3. MCMANUS AUCTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD YOU REGISTERED IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION ALONG WITH A PAID INVOICE. IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED, YOU WIIL RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING SUCH. SHOULD THIS BE THE CASE, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AT 702-453-5004 ext.1 TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEM(S). MCMANUS AUCTIONS GIVES A GRACE PERIOD UNTIL NOON (PST) THE DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION (MONDAY) TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.
4. All online winning bidders will receive a paid invoice no later than the day following the auction. If applicable, we will add shipping and insurance charges once they have been calculated, after which you will receive a final invoice. You will also receive a FedEx or USPS tracking number for your package(s) as soon as it is available.
5. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE, PICTURES, GLASS, OR OTHER FRAGILE ITEMS. DO NOT BID ON THEM UNLESS YOU WILL PERSONALLY BE PICKING THEM UP. (We can assist with loading, but we will not load for you. Buyers should bring help to load heavy items)

3. TAX IS 8.375% IN THE STATE OF NEVADA. ALL NEVADA BUYERS WILL BE CHARGED FOR TAX UNLESS A RESALE PERMIT IS ON FILE IN THE FRONT OFFICE.
4. ALL ITEMS ARE DESCRIBED TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT FOR GOLD, SILVER, AND U.S. COINS. THESE ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED AS GENUINE GOLD AND SILVER WHEN APPLICABLE.
5. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: ITEMS FROM AUCTION WILL NOT BE SHIPPED/REMOVED FROM THE OFF-SITE LOCATION UNTIL PAID IN FULL. YOUR ITEM(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP BY THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED ON PAID INVOICE. THE BUYER WILL RELINQUISH ANY RIGHT TO ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AT THE OFF-SITE LOCATION AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, IF ITEMS ARE BROUGHT BACK TO THE AUCTION HOUSE, A TRANSPORTAION FEE OF $50+ (DEPENDING ON THE ITEMS) WILL BE ADDED TO THE BUYER'S INVOICE.
6. LOCAL ONLINE BUYERS REMOVE ITEMS AT THEIR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, REGARDLESS OF WHO CAUSED THE DAMAGE.
7. MCMANUS AUCTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PULL ANY ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION AND OR HAVE THE RIGHT TO PULL AN ENTIRE AUCTION FOR ANY REASON - IF AUCTION IS PULLED, THEN CONSIGNOR MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OPERATING COSTS INCLUDING LABOR AND MATERIALS.
8. MCMANUS AUCTIONS HAS THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ON UNPAID INVOICES BY USING DEPOSITS, CREDIT CARDS OR A 3RD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY. BIDDING AND CONSIGNING PRIVILEGES AND MAY BE REVOKED.
9. IN ANY ACTION OF ANY KIND RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE ENTITLED TO COLLECT REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS FROM THE NON-PREVAILING PARTY, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RECOVERY TO WHICH THE PREVAILING PARTY IS ENTITLED.
10. BIDS, BUYERS, AND CONSIGNOR INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL. DO NOT ASK!
11. BY REGISTERING TO BID, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED.
12. ANY CHANGES MADE TO YOUR CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID AFTER YOU REGISTER TO BID ON A SPECIFIC AUCTION WILL NOT BE UPDATED FOR THAT AUCTION, OR ANY CURRENT AUCTIONS REGISTERED FOR AT THAT TIME. MCMANUS AUCTIONS DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR HIBID ACCOUNT OR CARD INFORMATION AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTAINING OF OR UPDATING BIDDER'S ACCOUNTS. HIBID MAY TAKE UP TO 90 DAYS OR MORE TO UPDATE ANY CREDIT CARD OR ADDRESS CHANGES TO BECOME AVAILABLE TO MCMANUS AUCTIONS. PICK UP FOR OFF-SITE AUCTIONS ARE MONDAY AND TUESDAY FROM 9 AM-5 PM UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON INVOICE.

We DO NOT ship to Canada or Internationally
IF YOUR ITEM(S) ARE TOO LARGE, BULKY OR HEAVY, WE WILL CONTACT YOU SO YOU CAN ARRANGE SHIPPING WITH A 3RD PARTY SHIPPER.
We ship via USPS (Flat Rate) Priority Mail, and FedEx. We will package your items and calculate shipping charges prior to emailing you a final invoice. Along with the postage cost, there is a $8+ handling charge based upon the items that are being shipped. Insurance is added to all items being shipped when the item total is greater than $100.00. We use the insurance scale from the USPS /Fed Ex to calculate the amount added to your invoice.
WE WILL NOT SHIP FURNITURE, PICTURES, GLASS, OR OTHER FRAGILE ITEMS. DO NOT BID ON THEM ONLESS YOU WILL PERSONALLY BE PICKING THEM UP. ID MAY BE REQUIRED IF YOU SEND SOMEONE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S)
If you purchase any items from our Auction and do not come to pick them up or contact us within 30 days from the date of sale, we will be forced to liquidate your items without any refund. We do apologize for having to do this, but we do not have the room to store extra merchandise.
