If the credit card on file is declined, the bidder will be banned from bidding on future Southern Minnesota Auctions sales.PICKUPPICKUP TIMES ARE ONLY AS LISTEDWe are very busy, and we have a full schedule. WE DO NOT HAVE THE SPACE TO HOLD ITEMS IN OUR WAREHOUSE.Alternative pickups:· All alternative pickups will be assessed with a $20 fee, payable in cash at time of pickup.· You MUST schedule an alternative pickup by the end of the original pickup time.· If we're holding onto your items from an auction, payment online MUST be made by credit card at the end of the original pickup time. We cannot wait for you to pay cash at the time of pickup for past auctions. We need to get our sellers paid as quickly as possible and leaving invoices open for cash payment prohibits that from happening.· Scheduled alternative pickup needs to be within 5 business days of the original pickup.· Yes, even if you won your item for $1, you still need to pay the $20 fee.· Even if you request us to hold onto items, we have the right to refuse storage. We have a very tight schedule and we need the space cleared out according to the schedule set with the auction.Items that are paid for and have been held for 5 business days without contact will be considered abandoned. You will not be reimbursed, and the items will be returned to the seller or re-auctioned.DO NOT show up out of the blue to see if you can pick up after the load out dates and assume your items are still in our possession. Our fantastic sellers promptly pick up their unsold/abandoned items. Invoices will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your items.Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load and secure your items as auction staff is typically busy during loadout times. For auctions held at our facility, a forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. There is no charge for this service. The Auctioneer, Southern Minnesota Auctions, and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal.Failure to load your items by the end of the auction loadout will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout.It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site. SHIPPINGShipping is available on items as indicated. Please don't ask us to ship items that are marked "No Shipping" - there's a reason we have them marked as such.We ship using SpeeDee, FedEx, UPS or USPS.Ensure your address is correct on your invoice!
