If you are tax exempt, you must text Pam at 316-833-1013 no later than 8:30 am to not pay tax. Failure to do so will result in your card on file being charged sales tax when applicable to the auction. If your card is declined, and you do not remedy payment prior to pick up, or through approved methods at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to sell your items to another bidder or re-list them in future auctions. Items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up days are considered forfeit unless you contact before the end of the pick-up period to make arrangements (additional $35 storage fees may apply). We are not responsible for texts or messages not received. All Items Are Sold As-is, Where-is from our warehouse or on-location and will be the BUYER'S responsibility to remove without causing damage to the property. BUYER’S will be FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damages. If items are located at our warehouse, our staff will assist with bringing your items to the pick-up / load out area, but buyer is fully responsible for loading and transport from that point. BRING ALL TOOLS, PACKAGING MATERIALS, AND ASSISTANCE YOU MAY NEED TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS.
