Commission and Insurance will be combinded for a total of 10.3% No Buyers Fees or Premium Animals must be paid for on auction day and before loading. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card chargeback against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. You are expected to pay for all Animals won regardless of how many you bid on. Auction company is not responsible for internet issues you may experience during closing. We reserve the right to pause/postpone the webcast if there are technical issues out of our control. Hilltop Acres Goat & Sheep Auction holds Auction's on the First Saturday of each month at 1:00pm This Auction features simulcast bidding that allows you to bid in person or online. In the event of a tie bid it is up to the Auctioneer's discretion as to who wins the tie bid. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids.
