Mercury Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. 6. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him immediately following their winning bid. Therefore, they are advised to further guard their items at their own discretion. 7. For online auctions, the invoice total will be charged to the registered bidder's online credit/debit card immediately following the closing of the auction. The bidder will receive an invoice after payments have been processed. 8. All items must be picked up within three business days of the auction closing (unless previously agreed upon). Any items not picked up by the third business day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. 9. Mercury Auctions handles all shipping requests. 10. For internet-only auctions, Mercury Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Mercury Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
