1. This online-only auction will begin to close at 5:00 PM on Friday February 7, 2025. Lots will close approximately every 15 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. At approximately 5:00 pm a new, flashing button will appear allowing you to watch the auction close with a live countdown. This allows you to bid on the next 12 items scheduled to close without refreshing the page.
2. Preview for this auction will be Friday February 7, 2025 from 9 AM until 11 AM.
3. Pick up will be located at: 10507 Eckhart Mines Street "The Butchershop" Auction gallery in Eckhart Mines Maryland 21528.
Pick up date/time: Saturday February 8, 2025 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. Everything must be removed from the advertised dates and times otherwise the items you won will become the property of ZLLS Auctions and no refunds will be provided.
Shipping will be charged to your credit card on file automatically when the auction closes. All bidders that require shipping please note your credit card will be charge for a handling fee ($10 minimum) and shipping costs. I will attempt to ship the most cost effective method. Pick up customers:
Please bring the boxes, packing materials and any help you may need to remove your items. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date, the credit card you have on file will be charged and no refunds will be provided.
4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. I do not test any merchandise!

6. NOTICE: ZLLS will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times.
7. ZLLS reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at my sole discretion.
8. This auction has a 15% buyer's premium.
This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $115.
9. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Your HiBid credit card on file will be charged after the auction closes or the following day. If your card on file has been declined ZLLS will accept in person payments the date of pick up. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Cash and check payments will be accepted however, you must bring exact change.
If you do not pick up your items on the specified date you will not be provided a refund and forfeit your items ownership back to ZLLS Auctions. Contact me at 240-727-5564 if you are not able to make the pick up dates due to unforeseen circumstances within 24 hours of the pick up times.
10. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.
11. Shipping offered on a case by case basis, moving or packing services offered by ZLLS. Call 240-727-5564.
12. Declined credit cards, declined debit cards or declined checks may result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. Buyer is responsible for all associated fees with declined payments. I will accept credit/debit, cash, money order or good check however, for all returned checks a $50 fee will be added to your invoice and your debit or credit card on file will be charged for the total bill plus returned check fee.
13. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
14. Butchershop- on site auctions: Loading will be one vehicle at a time in front of the building. Parking is available in the paved parking lot opposite side of the auction location if auction is located at The Butchershop. On location auctions please follow the signs placed around the property.
15. Shipping will be available in house for small items at the buyers expense; charges for shipping will be based on weights and measures of your auction load. There will be an additional $10 handling fee for all orders requiring shipping. Items will be shipped USPS unless otherwise agreed on.
16. If the auction is taking place at "The Butchershop" please note the building is located on a busy street so please be mindful and park in the parking lot while packing items and you pay pull in front to load if needed however, do not park in the middle of Eckhart Mines Street blocking both lanes of traffic OR the gravel parking lot for the building beside the Butchershop Gallery. The gravel parking lot is a private lot for the building located above the auction site.
17. ZLLS or its representatives are not responsible for accidents inside or surrounding the aforementioned property. All items are being sold in "as is" condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions of each item are to the best of my knowlege true and accurate. However, you are encouraged to preview the items before bidding to insure your complete satisfaction.
18. ZLLS reserves the right to place left bids for customers on a case to case basis.
19. All firearms purchased will process through my FFL Dealer "Three Guys Guns" 13124 Warrior Drive, Cresaptown Maryland 21502. Phone: 240-362-7285 FFL 8-52-001-01-12378. Shipping will be added to your final invoice with an addiditonal $20 Transfer fee from ZLLS location to FFL dealer.
20. Payment process will begin the night of the auction closing, all credit cards will be charged with the exception of anyone having a balance of $500 or more MAY be required to pay with cash, money order or bank certified check due to credit card fraud issues. Any purchases that require shipping will automatically be required to pay by bank certified check, money order or bank wire transfer (additional fees may be charged for certain services).
