A MESSGAGE FROM TONY BREWER AND COMPANY: Since 1995 Tony Brewer and Company has been a leader in professional event planning.  Tony Brewer and Company is shifting their focus towards design and away from event production.  Therefore, the personal property assets within their warehouse are no longer needed.  Tony Brewer and Company would like to thank their loyal clients and invite you to particiapte in this one of a kind auction!

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: This is the first of two auctions.  If advertised pictures are not in the online catalog for this auction, please be patient and look for them in the second auction to be posted soon.

ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a large variety of special event props and related assets from the Tony Brewer and Company warehouse. Please view online catalog for a list of assets being sold.

LOCATION:  675 Park North Boulevard, Suite 120, Clarkston, GA 30021.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on February 1st.

INSPECTION: Super Bowl Sunday, February 9th from 11 AM to 2 PM.

You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. TERMS:

• PLEASE NOTE - NO PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING PICK-UP OF ITEMS.
• There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charged to all high bid amounts but there are no additional credit card fees charged.
• The card you used to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full at the conclusion of the auction. 
• Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions.  DO NOT BID if you cannot abide by these conditions. 
• Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered credit card for the full amount due for this auction.
• Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation.  If you are tax exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us PRIOR to bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from purchase.
• Georgia Sales Tax Exemption forms are available to download in the documents tab.
• If we are unable to charge your card in full by end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back up bidders or others.  If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and final sale price. 

REMOVAL:

Tuesday, February 11th from 8 AM –  3 PM
Be sure to bring or hire appropriate labor to remove your items in the allotted time posted.  Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.

ADDITIONAL TIME – There is no additional time available for pick-up of items.

LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $100.00, a 15% buyer’s premium of $15.00 will be added making the purchase price $115.00.

BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Online bid increments are at the Auctioneer’s discretion. All sales are final.
