Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 10:00AM-1:00PM. Location= 402 Main Street, Weston, MO 64098. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup - cash, check or card (5% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION. We will be offering shipping on items in this auction. Please email us at hiattauctions@gmail.com to confirm if your lots can be shipped PRIOR to bidding. As a buyer, you are responsible for ALL shipping/packaging costs + a $10 handing (one-time) fee. OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: You must pay over the phone on the day of pickup (Saturday). Your items will note be shipped until payment is made over the phone. Once payments have been recieved, items will be shipped within 2 weeks after the closing of the sale. Your credit card will be charged directly at the shipping company when packaged. Mr. Edmonds was an avid outdoorsman who spent much of his life hunting, trapping, and fishing with his family. Over the years, he amassed a significant collection of outdoor gear, which will now be available for auction.
