This feature allows the auction to function like a live auction by extending the time for (3) minutes (or by such other time as Bid-2-Buy determines in its sole discretion) on any item that has active bidding within the last three minutes of that item closing. It also allows customers with slower computer connections a fair opportunity to bid by eliminating the bidders that use computer sniping software to place bids within the last second of an auction out bidding you. SALES TAX A Dealer will be collecting WI sales tax, doc fee & all fees associated with transferring titled items. Winning Bidders to Bring a Separate Payment for these fees. Winning Bidder will pay the dealer directly for these title fess at the time of pickup. This total will not be included in the invoice you receive from Bid-2-Buy after the conclusion of the auction.
