Appointments help us facilitate a faster pick up for everyone. We are not able to accommodate special requests for alternative times or dates. Immediately after an auction pick up concludes, we are busy loading the next auction. We request that you do not bid if you are not able to pick up your items on the day and time specified. In the rare cases of an approved later pick up, there is a $5.00 per day/per lot handling and storage fee. PACKING MATERIALS: Assume that NO packing materials or boxes are provided so bring your own just in case. Customers are responsible to make sure they have all their items before leaving the pickup area. Auction Studios is not responsible for items forgotten or left behind. LARGE ITEMS: Staff is unable to assist in the removal of any items including larger furniture. Please bring appropriate help and the appropriately sized vehicle for removal. UNPAID NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as a NO SHOW. Those lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. The lots may be relisted for lack of payment. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account disabled by K-Bid and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated. PAID NO SHOWS: Items that have been paid for and have not been picked up by the end of the removal time listed in the auction will be considered abandoned and Auction Studios will dispose of or relist items as they see fit. NO REFUNDS will be made. SHIPPING: If an item is listed as shippable, as a courtesy, we will bring your item to UPS for you for packing and shipping. Cost of shipping will be a $10 minumum handeling fee + actual postage fee.
