If you reside in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York we will only ship ammo to an FFL in your state. You will be responsible to find a licensed FFL in your state that is willing to facilitate this transfer (please note they might charge for this) and have them email us a copy of their license prior to us shipping. You are also responsible to know what ammo is legal in your state as all sales are final, and no refunds will be given if the ammo is determined to be illegal.
8) Bidder is responsible for all fees associated with an unsuccessful purchase due to the failure of a background check or any other reason which causes a sale to be discontinued.
