By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to personally examine item. If you have a resale tax certificate for the year 2024, please present this to Hickory Hill Auctions and we will not charge you tax. Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. All items will be picked up at 783 W Base Street, Madison, Florida between the Ace Hardware store and Bealls Outlet on Monday December 16th and Tuesday December 17th from 1:00pm until 6:00pm each day. BRING HELP to move, pack, and load your purchases as man power to move your items may not be available. Two pick up days will be available after the auction and listed in the auction details. If you are unable to attend either of the two pick up days, please contact us and schedule a time. Items purchased in the auction have been removed from ACE Hardware�s inventory and are not eligible from refund or exchange. All sales through the auction are final with no warranty, exchange, or refund.

Join Hickory Hill Auctions as we work with the Madison, Florida ACE Hardware to auction off overstock and shelf pull items. All items are located for pickup and preview in the lumber warehouse BEHIND the ACE Hardware storefront at 783 W Base Street, Madison, Florida. In person preview is Saturday December 14th from 1:00pm until 3:00pm. The auction is currently running online accepting bids with the first item closing to bids Sunday December 15th at 5:00pm. Winning bidders pay for and pickup their items Monday December 16th and Tuesday December 17th from 1:00pm to 6:00pm each day.
