Bidders will need to call our office on Weds, December 11 - Do not come in without an appointment. The High Bidder is responsible for calling.
Hours 8:30am - 3:30 pm to schedule your appointment to pay and sign documents.

  • Thurs, Dec 12, from 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • Friday, Dec 13, from 8:30am - 3:30pm.
  • Saturday, Dec 14, from 9am - 10:45am (we are only in the office this day until the last scheduled appointment) Appointments are scheduled consecutively. 
  • We will confirm name(s) for documents, driver’s license, both physical and mailing address. 
    If the vehicle is going into another's name, we must have their full information and driver's license number.
  • All the documents will be prepped and ready to sign when you arrive at your appointment.
  • The person whose name is going on the title MUST be present with their ID.
  • Chipped Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover with matching billing address, CVV Code and Expiration Date. 
    Cash accepted, please bring close to exact amount.
    If using a DEBIT Card, please call your financial institution to lift your daily limit before arriving to your appointment.

FEES that will be ADDED 

  • $200 buyer's premium will be charged during your appointment
  • Sales Tax 9.5% (boats and trailers 9.2%)
  • Tab and License Fees will be charged during your appointment with Stokes Auction to complete the title documents.
    These fees start at $184.25 and go up, based on vehicle and the address on your license.
