Please be aware that Auction Solutions Inc. does not provide boxes, carts, tools, or dollies to move auction items. Pick-up of larger items will require you to bring assistance to load your items, as Auction Solutions Inc. staff will not be available to help with loading or unloading.

Please note Auction Solutions Inc. staff are not responsible for auction winnings post pick-up. You must make sure that all auction items are accounted for. Once those items are signed for and removed, there will be no refunds or discounts.
Pickups are typically scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. For security reasons, we do not disclose the pickup location except to winning bidders. You will receive an email from Shipping Saint and will need to select pickup and choose an appointment time to see the pickup address.
If you are unable to pickup your items on pickup day you may request that we transport your items to the office for you to pick up later. Items which need to be transported from an offsite pick-up to our office will incur an additional fee of $40.00. This request is subject to availability. Items transported to the office must be picked up within 7 business days. Items remaining at our facility after 7 business days will be forfeit and no refunds will be given. Items over 35 lbs. or larger than a small kitchen appliance (roughly) will not be transported. You must request this service prior to pickup ending and will receive a response if your request is approved. Once your request to transport the items is approved, your card will automatically be charged the $40 fee. Once your card is charged, no changes will be made. Please plan ahead for pickup when choosing to place a bid on items.
Credit cards on file will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Payments are subject to a $5.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Purchases are subject to buyer’s premium and sales tax which is added to final sale price. Nebraska residents (and local, out-of-state buyers picking up items) are subject to 7% NE sales tax. To be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have your SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file.
If your payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email the day after the auction closes. If items have not been paid for by the end of the scheduled pickup day your items will be forfeit. No refunds will be given.
Furniture, large appliances, cars, and other large items over 35 lbs. will not be transported from offsite pick-ups for any reason and will not be offered for shipping.
Auction Solutions Inc. will be issuing email notifications from Shipping Saint within 2 days of the auction ending, and it is required that the winner of the lot select between the available choices of shipping or in-person pick-up or you will not receive your item. If you have any shipping questions, please respond directly to the message from Shipping Saint and one of our employees will respond in a timely manner. Postage and handling charges will be billed separately once items have been packed and prepared for shipping.
