The 1810 Federal mansion has been sold, so to make way for the new owners, we are having an auction to empty it of the antique furniture, silver, rugs and smalls. Bidders will follow the auctioneer from room to room and bid on fine furnishings that have graced the home for many years, including the congressional desk of a U.S. Representative to Congress.
