There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to the hammer price of the item. Items can be paid for with cash, good check, or credit card (with 4% convenience fee). Items must be removed at the conclusion of the auction and no later than Saturday, December 14. Announcements on sale day take precedence over all printed materials. All sales are final.

The 1810 Federal mansion has been sold, so to make way for the new owners, we are having an auction to empty it of the antique furniture, silver, rugs and smalls. Bidders will follow the auctioneer from room to room and bid on fine furnishings that have graced the home for many years, including the congressional desk of a U.S. Representative to Congress! Preview items on site December 12 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. |
