Registration
To participate in our auction, you must register and create an account on our auction platform. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information. By registering for our auction, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Bidding
All bids are final and binding. By placing a bid, you agree to pay the full amount of your bid, plus any applicable buyer's premium and other fees. NC Taxes will be added to all sales unless you have a valid TAX ID# on file with us. We reserve the right to reject any bid at any time, for any reason.
Payment
Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payments will be collected directly after closing of auction. If your settlement is over $1000, you will be required to pay with wire transfer, cashier's check or cash. If payment is not received for items by end of pick-up, items will be forfeited, and you will be blocked from bidding with us in the future.
