  • This auction is strictly contents-only. It DOES NOT include any fixtures attached to the walls, floor or ceiling.  It DOES NOT include any items used for ingress/egress (doors, windows, etc).
  • The contents will sell to the highest bidder over the starting bid price.
    • Winning bidder will be granted access to the building to remove items at their leisure.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY December 4, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
