Welcome to Bravo Auctioneers Participation in our auctions, whether online or in-person, indicates your agreement to the following comprehensive terms and conditions: All Sales Are Final No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: All sales are final. Items Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS": No warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Bidder Responsibility: Bidders are encouraged to inspect and inquire about items before bidding. It is the bidder's responsibility to assess each item’s condition, authenticity, age, value, or other factors. Description Accuracy: While Bravo Auctioneers strives for accuracy in item descriptions, we cannot guarantee it. Final authority over all sale transactions rests with Bravo Auctioneers. *Buyer's Premium and Fees: 15% Buyer's Premium is added to the final bid price of each item. 3% Convenience Fee applies to all credit/debit card purchases. Sales Tax will be added where applicable, unless a valid resale certificate is provided. All bidders agree to pay the Buyer's Premium, fees, and applicable taxes. *Payment Terms Invoices: Sent via email within 48 hours of auction closing. Payment Deadline: Payment arrangements are required within 72 hours of invoice receipt. If no arrangement is made, the credit/debit card on file will be automatically charged. Accepted Payment Methods: Major Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) Local Pickup Only: Major Credit Cards, Cash, and approved Local Checks (under $300) All transactions are in USD. Shipping Payments: All shipped items must be paid in full by credit card before shipment. High-Value Purchases: For purchases over $5,000, payment may be required via wire transfer or cashier’s check. Alternate Card Fee: If using a different card than the one on file, a $10 fee will apply. Non-Payment Policy Failure to pay will result in revocation of bidding privileges and may lead to reporting to bidding platforms and authorities. Violators of our terms may face permanent prohibition from future auctions. *Bidder Registration Free Registration: A valid credit card is required for bidding registration, with a small verification charge of $1 and then $1 will be credited for validation purposes. Age Requirement: Bidders must be at least 18 years old. Responsibility: Registered bidders accept full responsibility to pay the purchase price, including Buyer’s Premium, convenience fees, and applicable sales tax. *Preview Preview Availability: Available for most auction events. See specific auction details for preview information. Reserve Bidding: If an item has a reserve, the auctioneer may bid up to the reserve amount on behalf of the seller. Final Decision: The auctioneer has final discretion in cases of tied bids or disputes. *Local Pickup Location Details: Please review each auction listing for pickup location details (Bravo Auctioneers operates in Iowa and Wisconsin). Pickup Days: A minimum of two designated days will be provided. Requirements: A photo ID and printed purchase receipt are required. Unclaimed Items: Items not picked up by designated days, with no prior communication, revert to Bravo Auctioneers’ ownership (no refunds). Loading and Transportation: Buyers are responsible for loading, transporting, and disassembling items as needed. Professional movers may be required for very heavy items. Liability Buyers assume all risks associated with the removal, transportation, and use of purchased items. Bravo Auctioneers is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during these processes. *Shipping Shipping Availability: Shipping is offered on most items; see item descriptions for specifics. Separate Shipping Invoice: Shipping is billed separately via Shipping Saint. After the auction, you will receive communication from Shipping Saint to arrange shipping or local pickup. Shipping Costs Include: Postage, materials, handling, insurance, and confirmation, at the buyer’s expense. Insurance Requirement: All items shipped are insured at the purchase price (no exceptions). Signature Confirmation: Required on combined purchases over $300. Shipping Payment: Shipping invoices must be paid within 3 business days. Failure to pay on time, without communication, may result in bidding restrictions or forfeiture of items. Forfeiture: After 7 days of non-payment, items revert to Bravo Auctioneers' ownership. *Technical Issues Bravo Auctioneers is not responsible for interruptions or failures related to the bidding platform, internet connectivity, or technical malfunctions. Should technical issues arise as the auction concludes, Bravo Auctioneers reserves the right to close, reopen, or extend the auction to ensure fair bidding opportunities. *Amendments to Terms Bravo Auctioneers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participation in future auctions constitutes acceptance of amended terms. Jurisdiction Governing Law: All Bravo Auctioneers auctions are governed by the state of Wisconsin. Disputes: Must be resolved within the jurisdiction of Wisconsin.
