TERMS & CONDITIONS 📝: Parcels being sold at online auction beginning Monday November 18th 6:00 P.M. and begins to soft close Friday November 22nd 6:00 P.M., parcels will be offered individually and combinations of parcels with the manner in which procures the highest dollar amount to be the manner in which the parcels will sell subject to the minimum bids stated, a 7 (Seven) percent buyer’s premium will be added to the highest successful bid or bids in order to determine the total contract selling price. Contracts & paperwork associated with the sale of these parcels shall take place on Saturday November 23rd 10:00 A.M. at the Bader Homestead (6785 McCleery Road NW Baltimore, Ohio 43105), at that time successful bidders will provide a $50,000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PER PARCEL (Personal or Business Check Acceptable), with the balance due at closing.
Closing to take place on or Before January15th 2025, Possession, shall be at closing, 2025 planting rights, home, barns & buildings, as mentioned Bader Bros. reserves the right to use the grain bins, park 2 grain augers & 2 tractors until July 1, 2025
