Insurance must be purchased at the selling price plus 10% to cover all , or if you wish it to have a higher insurance please let us know prior to shipping Pick up orders pay no handling fee but we do request that you bring your own packing materials. All items must be picked up withing 3 days of auction end. between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm or make arrangements for your shipper to pick the larger items up. We will not be a shipping company and ship furniture anywhere. Buyer must set up their own shipping and packing company to handle all large pieces. We will provide access to your shipper for them to crate and remove your items. Items not picked up after a period of 10 days with no communication will subject to re-sale with no refunds given.
