The auction will begin closing Monday, December 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Load out will be Tuesday through Friday (12/3/24-12/6/24) from 9am-5pm.
All small items must be removed by Thursday 12/5/24 so that pallet racks can be loaded out on Friday 12/6/24.
If you have purchased pallet racks and small items, they can be loaded out on Friday, but only if you purchase pallet racks. Please, Please follow these directions as we do not want to move items more than once!

This auction is the contents of a 30,000 sq. ft ware house formally Cascade Sales & Manfacturing. Items offered: poly urithane Mid Amercan shutters, louvers, vents, trim, hardwood flooring, Travertine tile, tile made in Italy, slabs of marble, machine used for cutting styrafoam, Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pumps, Pro Deck vinyl fencing, styrafoam insulation panels and much more.
Auction will begin closing on Monday, December 2,2024 @ 6:00 pm.
Load out will be Tuesday through Friday (12/3/24-12/6/24) from 9am-5pm.
All small items must be removed by Thursday 12/4/24 so that pallet racks can be loaded out on Friday 12/5/24.
