Terms & Conditions Live Auction All items will sell "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty. The auctioneer assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller. * The auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in conjunction with the sale. * A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the purchase price. * A 6% Kentucky sales tax will be charged on all applicable items unless a tax exempt certificate is on file. * There will be a 4% convenience fee added to all credit card purchases. * All accounts will be settled at the conclusion of the auction and prior to removal from the premises. Items shall be removed from the property within 7 days of the sale date unless prior arrangements have been made. There will be a $10/day storage fee on all items left over 7 days. * We accept Cash and Credit Cards. * There will be a $50 NSF charge on all returned checks. The fee will also apply to declined credit card payments if no other payment method is presented. * If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the dispute or resell the item. * Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over previously written material.
