AS-IS: all items are sold in As-Is, and Where-Is condition. Buyers are offered an opportunity to inspect the items on Sunday, November 10 between 2pm and 4pm. Buyer must rely on their own inspections to make final determinations of value. Photographs and descriptions are provided for advertising and cataloging purposes and should not be solely used in determining value. No guarantees or warrantees are asserted or implied in relation to condition, fitness for use, authenticity, quantity, or any other quality that could be used to determine value. BUYERS PREMIUM: a 10% premium is added to all final bids to determine the final selling price of each item. For example, an item with a final bid of $100 will achieve a selling price of $110. PAYMENT: payment is expected at load out on Saturday, November 23 in the form of cash, check or credit card. All credit card payments will have a 3% transaction fee assessed. LOAD OUT: a loader will be onsite to assist in loading the large items from the auction. The loader will be there ONLY on load out day. We DO NOT have alternate load out days, times or options. Do not bid unless you have the ability to be at load out, or send someone for you to load out during the allotted times and date. Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and a sign up link to be used to select your specific time for loading items. Make sure to bring help with items that require lifting and carrying. Leist Auctioneers WILL NOT be able to assist with lifting and carrying of any items. ITEMS REQUIRING SIGNIFICANT TIME TO REMOVE: some items in the auction will need to be disassembled or removed from permanent structures. The property owners are able to work with buyers to provide access while those items are disconnected or disassembled. The items will not be able to be loaded until Load Out day. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL: be confident in your items and your ability to meet load out terms before placing any bids. All bids are binding and enforceable contracts.
