Winning bidders must pick up their own firearms and must bring government-issued photo ID to complete background check/transfer paperwork. No one else may pick up any firearm on behalf of a winning bidder.

Handguns purchased by out-of-state buyers must be shipped to an FFL in the buyer’s home state and cannot be picked up at the auction house.

Other non-local buyers also may elect to have their firearms shipped to an FFL of their choice.
