Items are not considered new unless clearly stated. All items are sold as is. KZ Building Materials does not guarantee any of the items are complete or work as the manufacturer intended. Inspection prior to bidding is highly recommended. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to these terms and waives any claim against KZ Building Materials based on the condition or value of the item. You may pay in person at time of removal or online with Square. If you pay online and do not pick up your item(s) on the scheduled removal date, you must email KDZBuildingMaterials@gmail.com to set up an alternate pickup time within 1 week of the auction closing. Items not picked up within the week will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. Items not paid online by 12:00pm three days following the close of the auction will be processed as a No Show and your items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion.
