Closing bids are FINAL and Customer agrees that their final closing highest bids are legal sales transactions. Hypnotique Auctions makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the items being sold. Descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to conduct any inspections prior to the auction. Previews are available for every auction. -BUYER'S PREMIUM 16% -SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.25% will be collected on all purchases unless a valid Texas resale/Tax exemption form is on file with us prior to the closing date of the auction. -PAYMENT Upon sucessful registration and clicking the "Agree to Terms" box , the buyer agrees and grants permission to Hypnotique Auctions to bill the buyers credit card used for the registration for all items the buyer purchases in the auction. The buyer also understands by agreeing to these terms that they will be billed for these purchases regardless of whether the buyer fails to take ownership of the items at one of the scheduled pickup days. If your credit card is declined, an additional $25 transaction fee will be charged. Buyers that fail to take ownership of their items, and refuse to pay for these items, will be blocked from all future online auctions conducted by Hypnotique Auctions. -ON SITE PICK UP Hypnotique Auctions DOES NOT provide Customer with packing supplies, tools or equipment for removal and loading of Customer's item(s). Customer must supply their own packing supplies, tools, equipment and/or moving labor during their assigned pick up time. Customer retains responsibility for a safe and unobtrusive removal of items. During the pick up of items, the Customer is responsible for any damages to item(s) or property. -SHIPPING We offer in-house shipping on items unless the description states: "NO SHIPPING - PICK UP ONLY." Any requests for shipping MUST be received within 24 hours of auction closing. We charge actual shipping cost plus 30% to cover the cost of packaging and materials. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS. We check all three carriers and will choose an option based on the lowest price. If you have a preference of carrier, please let us know. You will receive a paid receipt for your auctions items and once your items are packed, we will email you the shipping total. You will need to respond to the email approving the shipping charge. Once approval is received, we will bill your credit card on file and email your shipping receipt. We ship items twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th. -ITEM(S) REMOVAL and NON-REMOVAL NOTICE Purchases left beyond deadline for pickup could be assessed a storage charge of $10.00 per day per lot. Purchases not removed within 7 days will be forfeited without refund. Hypnotique Auctions reserves the right to resell any items left on premises for more than 7 days.
