Items close 2 items per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity). We will have an in-person preview for both the travel trailer and the golf cart at the site in Buckeye Lake, Ohio on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 10 AM to 12 Noon. Pick-up of Bills of Sale and keys will be BY APPOINTMENT on Monday, October 27, between 9 AM and 11 AM AT OUR OFFICE in Columbus (not at the location of the items and preview in Buckeye Lake). If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be removed before 5 PM on Thurs., Oct 31. Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. There is no sales tax on these items as you pay sales tax to the DMV when you transfer title to your name. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
