Some grading companies do not guarantee their grades. Therefore, bidders should educate themselves about legitimate vs illegitimate grading services. Many times a seller will give his opinion on the condition and many times it is not correct. Please use good judgment or call with questions.� No Returns! Shipping charges are separate and the shipper will contact you for payment. --- EXECUTION OF WINNING BID: Within 48 hours of the close of the auction, the Buyer will be contacted by the Auction Company via email with their invoice copy showing a listing of items won at auction. --- SHIPPING/ PICK-UP/REMOVAL/FEES: Packing, shipping, and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. It will be up to the buyer to determine if there are any shipping regulations for any item(s) purchased, and the buyer is responsible for any shipping regulation requirements. No refunds will be allowed for any item(s) that cannot be shipped due to said regulations. REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR COIN ITEMS: if the auctioneer determines that your winnings are something we can ship to you we will do so (*we will not ship large or very heavy shipments, or high dollar items that would require insurance), and this will be done per the auctioneer's discretion.� Once we determine the shipping charges the amount will be added to your invoice and processed to your card on file.�If we cannot ship it, it will be sent with our shipper which is Pakmail (contact@pakmailfw.com) (we are limited to one shipper as our other shipper cannot insure coins).� Once Pakmail has your items packaged they will send you an invoice via email and this can be paid through Paypal**please note: Pakmail does not have access to your credit card information on file, payment for shipping is separate and billed through the shipper.� �For those of you who want to pick up your items, you can do so BY APPOINTMENT ONLY by contacting�Mr.Strawser - michael@strawserauctions.com.� Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to pick up your items so they aren't sent with the shipper. If the winning bidder cannot pick-up the items on the above allotted dates and times, there will be a $25 fee charged for a Strawser Auction Group member to meet the winning bidder on a different date and time. Paid items must be removed from the auction facility within seven (7) days. After seven (7) days, any item(s) remaining at the auction facility will be placed in storage. Fee for storage will be $10 per day, per item. If item(s) remains in storage for more than 60 days it shall become the property of Strawser Auction Group. --- DEFAULT: If the winning bidder refuses or fails to complete the transaction for ANY reason (including, but not limited to, remitting the total purchase amount, or arranging pickup of the item), Buyer shall relinquish ANY right to complete the transaction and shall have no rights or interest in the property, as well as forfeit all deposit monies as liquidated damages to Seller. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Various state statutes give Seller the right to pursue legal action against bidders who refuse to complete transactions. This may include (but is not limited to) suit to compel completion of the sale, and/or criminal charges of fraud or other intentional act. --- AUCTIONEER RIGHTS: Auctioneer Reserves the right to make changes to an auction, to split or combine lots, cancel, suspend or extend the auction event. --- DISPUTES: If any dispute arises concerning any part of the online auction process, payment of items, quality, quantity of merchandise being sold or if an item has been paid for by a buyer and then the item is no longer available for buyer to obtain. The auctioneer has final say so on resolving said dispute and auctioneer may elect to refund to the buyer their total funds used to purchase said items as resolving the dispute. If the auctioneer elects to refund buyer their money, buyer herein agrees that this will terminate all said buyer's rights to any future claims against Strawser Auction Group and the seller concerning this matter.
