Excess proceeds may be donated to the Monroe County Humane Society and the Morrison Talbott Library. The Buyer understands abandoning an item does not negate the Buyer from paying for the item and agrees to no chargebacks for abandoned items. Non Paying Bidders: Bidding, establishing the high bid, and then not paying creates difficulties for the Auction Firm including delaying payment to sellers, which hurts the Auction Firms reputation, creates additional costs and burdens to the Auction Firm. As such, all Non Paying Bidders will be reported to the auction platform and will be banned from bidding at our future auctions. Being reported may negatively impact your ability to bid on the platform including other auction houses, including being denied the opportunity to bid. S&H Charges include handling, materials, insurance and shipping costs. The Buyer will be sent a separate S&H Invoice to be paid prior to Shipping. (Note we will try to ship via the most economical method possible) We regularly post actual costs charged to customers on our website 555Auctions.com so you may research total costs before requesting our in-house shipping service. Errors, Omissions, Discrepancies (EOD): In the event there is an error in a listed lot the auction house has the right to remove, cancel, or terminate the lot, even after the auction has closed. An example of an error is having photos that do not match the description or accidental duplicate listings being created. It is the sole right of the Auction Firm to determine the corrective action. EODs benefit no one. We try diligently to avoid them. In the unlikely event an EOD occurs the Auction Firm has sole discretion to the remedy, including determining if any reverse of charges will occur. See Agreed Limited Liability section for value agreements. Technology Malfunctions and Uncontrollable Events: In the event of a technology malfunction or an uncontrollable event (such as extreme weather), the auction company may pause lots, delay the close of the lots or remove lots (including lots that have active bids). These events, while rare, do happen. Technology malfunctions such as the software platform sending out errant sold notifications are beyond our control and do not constitute a sold event. Agreed Limited Liability: The buyer agrees that in no circumstance will the value of a lot exceed the accepted high bid at that auction for that lot and that no matter what the perceived value, expected resale value, replacement appraised value, or any other measure of value is it shall not be higher than the accepted high bid at that auction. Accepted high bid does not include artificial high bids, retracted high bids or any other attempt to manipulate the high bid. Bidder Agrees: The Bidder agrees they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this auction and they agree to abide by them.
