This Auction has an Extended Bidding or "Soft Close" feature. The auction begins closing at 6 PM (CST) . The first item will begin to close, and an item will close every 15 seconds after. When a bid is Submitted during the Final Seconds of the Auction for a Lot, the Bidding for that Lot will be Extended for an Additional One Minute. Barnard Auctions will ship items at winning bidder's expense that are Small enough to be shipped via USPS, Priority Mail, Flat Rate Boxes, UPS Ground, or Fed Ex Ground. Items must be paid for by pickup day. Fragile items, items that weigh over 25 lbs. or items that will not fit in 16 �" x 14 �" x 12" box will need to be picked up, or shipping can be done by a Professional Shipper/Packer at Bidder's Expense. If using a Professional Shipper/Packer, buyer must notify the auction company. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping and handling charges will be charged upon completion of packaging. All packages being shipped will be shipped with insurance equivalent to the hammer price. This is an Online Only Auction. 10% Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Auction consists of quality, vintage unique household items from Martha Heflin, deceased, and Ron Heflin Trust. Ron and Martha (Marty) Heflin home, plus household is being offered at auction. Ron who now resides in Tenessee. Martha passed in 2022. Both were long time residens of Fairfield and members of the FCHS Class of '59. Purchased the home in 1964, after returning from SIU Carbondale where Ron was earning a degree in botany, and Martha was working as RN-while earning her BSN from Vanderbilt University. Ron's degree in botany is reflected in the natural landscaping and diverse planting on the property. Ron and Martha were owners and operators of L.J. Keith and Son until its closing in the late 90's. Ron was very active in the community and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Wayne County Shriners Club, and the Elks. Also involved in Boy Scouts. Martha after raising her family and working as a RN, entered her second career and earned her Masters Degree in Psychology and became Director of Wayne County Health Dept. and also member of Fairfield Memorial Hospital Board for over 30 years. Ron & Martha were members of the Methodist Church. Ron and Martha (Marty) Heflin home, plus household is being offered at auction. Ron who now resides in Tenessee. Martha passed in 2022. Both were long time residens of Fairfield and members of the FCHS Class of '59. Purchased the home in 1964, after returning from SIU Carbondale where Ron was earning a degree in botany, and Martha was working as RN-while earning her BSN from Vanderbilt University. Ron's degree in botany is reflected in the natural landscaping and diverse planting on the property. Ron and Martha were owners and operators of L.J. Keith and Son until its closing in the late 90's. Ron was very active in the community and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Wayne County Shriners Club, and the Elks. Also involved in Boy Scouts. Martha after raising her family and working as a RN, entered her second career and earned her Masters Degree in Psychology and became Director of Wayne County Health Dept. and also member of Fairfield Memorial Hospital Board for over 30 years. Ron & Martha were members of the Methodist Church.
