Mobile Trailer with Parking Canopy

The module has eight dwelling units inside with doors and three bathrooms, with four air condition units outside and a large heater inside. The 4 single bedrooms share 2 jack-jill bathrooms. There is one suite with bathroom inside, one office, one laundry room, and one communication room. There are also a large kitchen and a living room.

The AC unit, generator, antenna poles, and other items outside of the trailers can be removed by Owner before the Buyer begins disassemble the modular building. Owner will also disconnect any active utilities prior to Buyer moving of the trailer module.

The parking canopy is a large tent structured garage with car wash and repair apparatus for large trucks. The buyer must disassemble and haul on its own costs.

Modular Building (Building A in the exhibit) with living quarters and offices, and parking canopy (Building C in the exhibit), to be sold AS-IS.
