PAYMENT: All items must be paid for by 12 pm the day following the auction. If you are the successful bidder we will assume you are paying by credit card and we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the total invoice. We run credit cards the morning after each auction and you will be emailed a copy of your receipt by 10 am that day. If you want to pay by e-transfer, debit, cash, etc. you MUST write this in the "notes to auctioneer" prior to registering for each auction. Our MINIMUM shipping charge is $22.60 and it goes up from there. If you request shipping and then decide to cancel shipping AFTER it has already been processed there will be an admin fee of $16.95 charged for the work required to process the shipment. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose the item. SOFT CLOSE: Items close at regular intervals. To prevent a bidder from 'sniping', all bids made in the last minute of the auction will force an item to stay open for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until all bidding has ceased. STRATEGY: We recommend that ALL BIDDERS put in their maximum bid when placing a bid online. This does not mean you will have to pay the amount you bid; you only pay one bid more than the next highest bid, and only up to your maximum bid. The software system will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out the under-bidder at the prescribed bid increment. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults.
