Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of PCH Auction. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. We are not responsible for loading or securing any items. The buyer must make sure that all items are loaded to their specifications. It is the buyer�s responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises and must sign off on the invoice which will be kept by PCH Auctions for proof that you got your items. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company cannot be responsible for items after they leave the facility. Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and/or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself and/or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
