Re-Auction of TransWay Trailers: The winning bidder from an auction held on August 5 & 6 did not fulfill their payment obligations and as a result legal proceedings are currently underway. Orbitbid.com is re-auctioning these assets to assess the damages for which the previous high bidder will be liable. The owners of TransWay Trailers, after decades in the transportation industry, made the decision to retire, close, and sell all assets.
