BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100, you will be charged $110 at checkout.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Local Check (under $1,500) Certified Funds, Bank Wire. Payment will be accepted at the office on Wednesday and Thursday or at the auction loadout. Credit Cards for purchases under $1,500 may be processed at Buyer's request (3.5% Convenience Fee Applies). Payment must be made before picking any items up.

LOT CLOSING: All Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, Online Only Auctions are timed events that have an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed on an item within 3 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 3 minutes on that item. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 6:00 pm receives a bid at 5:59 pm, the close time of the auction automatically extends to 6:03 pm. The auto-extend feature remains active per item until no further bids are received within the 3-minute time frame. 

LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at each location on Wednesday, October 16 and Thursday, October 17, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. (LIMITED LOAD OUT ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE.) Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, and moving equipment.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. 

CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong photo may be displayed. Always read the item description.

CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal, and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness, or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Theurer Auction/Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR THEURER AUCTION/REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE SOFTWARE'S FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Theurer Auction/Realty will email registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event, or change the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
