Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This may occur in the event of website interuption, connectivity issues or any other technical difficulties. We will be sure to contact any and all bidders to keep them updated in the case of an auction pause or cancelation.
By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms, conditions, policies, and notices of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality.
Everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday Sept 27th, 2024 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Any invoices not paid by buyer by the end of posted pick up times will be automatically charged to the credit card on file including all applicable fees. The only exception to this is if the buyer has made contact and other arrangement for payment have been verified and accepted by the auctioneer.
Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however due to the type of auction this is there will be no sales tax charged. Please review all tabs for more information on viewing times, payment, pick up times and dates and more detailed terms.

The large majority of the items in this auction have been very well card for and maintained. Please call before 4:00 pm Friday Sept 27th if you cannot make it during this time, there are some items in this auction that we can make arrangements to provide more time for pick up but we ask you to call before you bid to ensure we can accommodate your needs. All invoices must be paid during pick up time without exception even if later pick up accommodations are made. NOTE - There will be NO Saturday or Sunday pickup times available for the weekend following this auction unless prior arrangements are made.
