Donald and Virginia Sohn married later in life and purchased this (10) acre Beverly Farms estate together in 1991 where they enjoyed entertaining and putting on large parties for family and friends. The main house, carriage house and (3) out buildings are surrounded by (10) acres of meticulously maintained garden and grounds were overseen by Viginia's thoughtful esthetic which her loving husband made possible.

Donald, a graduate of St. Lawrence University and Harvard Business School, was founder and president of Heritage Travel. He served as Trustee Emeritus of both St. Lawrence University and the Boston Conservatory. Virginia was a former missionary in the Phillipines and returned to the North Shore where she was an active member of the Myopia Hunt Club.

In this sale you will discover a large number of oriental rugs and furniture, decorative arts, silver and silver plate, crystal, fine estate jewelry, decorative and fine art, stamps and coins, garden ornaments and outdoor furniture.  A car and truck as well as garden and grounds maintainance equipment such as a commercial lawn mower, snow blower, generators as well as a woodworking shop will prove to make this an event with great variety.
