This is a standard authorization to confirm credit card validity and is a hold only, NOT a deposit or charge and will not be reflected on your invoice. Please make sure that your credit card information is current, and the address on your bidder profile is the same address used for your credit card statement.
1. Payment options for this auction will be Cash, Bank Wire, Approved PA Check, or Cashier's Check for all purchases over $2,000.00. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) for purchases less than $2,000.00

Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
11. In the event of a technological failure Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC holds no liability. The Bidder acknowledges that internet auction bidding is a service to the Bidder and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC or any company or individual affiliated if the internet service or technology related fails to work correctly before or during the auction event. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. It is recommended that internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged, should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends.
Scheduled Pickup day is THURSDAY, Sept. 26 and FRIDAY, Sept. 27th, 2024, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment ONLY. All items must be paid in full prior to or at time of pickup. You will receive an email with a link to schedule your pickup appointment after the auction closes. ALL Buyers are responsible to bring their own help(Labor) to assist with pickup and loading, as well as their own packing supplies(Box and wrapping paper, packing pads).
The Auction Company does not provide man power for pickup or loading.
If a pickup time is not scheduled or arrangements made for pickup within 3 business days of auction close, all items we deem shippable will be prepared for shipment. An invoice will be sent for shipping costs, if not paid within 14 days items are considered abandoned and NO REFUND of purchase price will be issued.

We ship the cheapest way but the final decision is at our discretion, with safety of your items our foremost priority. (UPS & USPS).
We are not an international mega shopping sight. We do NOT offer free shipping. Our shipping rates are NOT affected or influenced by purchase price. We do use a shipping program to manage and control costs and provide efficiency for our valued customers. Please be prepared to accept and pay your shipping costs to expedite the delivery of your purchase.
NO SHIPPING OF LARGE ITEMS or FURNITURE
If a buyer does buy a larger item, the item, at the discretion of the in-house shipping manager, will be taken to a third-party shipper, UPS or FEDEX store, for packing and shipping. or may be considered abandoned as determined by the Auction Co. NO REFUND will be given. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to charge a handling fee, not to exceed $25 per item and based on size, for delivery to the third-party shipper.
The Packing and Shipping Fees are then between the BUYER and the third-party shipper. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper. Should BUYER reject the third-party shipper's packing and shipping charges, the Item/s will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Company and/or original Seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the Auction Co. and/or Seller may resell said item/s and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal.
We strive to satisfy all our buyer's shipping needs; however, we are an auction company, not a shipping company. Our in-house shipping manager tries very hard to find the cheapest and best way to get all purchases to our buyers safe and efficiently. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ITEMS UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY ENTIRE THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
ANY and ALL unclaimed and/or un-shippable items remaining will be considered ABANDONED.
